Susanna Truax Kintz is a partner with Reese Kintz Guinasso, LLC in Incline Village. Susanna is licensed to practice law in Nevada, California and Illinois, and practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, trust administration, probate, and asset protection.
Susanna graduated from the University of Southern California with a dual degree in mathematics and economics. Susanna earned a JD degree from Chicago Kent College of Law with honors, where she was a member of the law review. Susanna worked for Vedder Price in Chicago, in the corporate and securities law practice area. Susanna earned an LLM in International Taxation from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with highest honors, focusing in the area of asset protection, international transactions and international estate planning.
Susanna moved to Nevada in 2010 to pursue her asset protection practice under the favorable tax, trust, and business laws of Nevada. Susanna enjoys the Lake Tahoe life style and is an avid skier, hiker, volleyball player, and mountain bike rider. Susanna is the mother of four grown children.
